Identified problem
New Structure faced the challenge of increasing sales in a competitive construction market, where innovation and sustainability were key but not always sufficient to attract new customers. The company had to effectively communicate its unique approach and values, standing out from traditional construction methods and attracting the attention of customers interested in modern, energy-efficient solutions.
Scope of the activities carried out
In cooperation with NewStructure, we have implemented a number of activities aimed at supporting marketing and increasing sales. A marketing and sales audit was carried out, which allowed to identify key areas for improvement. In addition, we made small graphic works, including the creation of advertising graphics, folders, and other promotional materials, which strengthened the image of the company in the market.
In addition to conducting a comprehensive marketing and sales audit, we focused on the development and implementation of the visual aspects of the advertising campaign. These activities included:
- Creation of advertising graphics: Design of visually appealing materials that effectively communicate the values and offer of NewStructure.
- Production of advertising materials: Development of briefcases and other promotional materials that support building a strong brand.
The launched advertising campaign on Facebook and Instagram platforms brought tangible effects, which can be summarized in the following points:
- Number of contacts acquired: 73,
- Total amount spent per campaign: 976.35 zł,
- Average cost of getting a contact: PLN 13.37,
- Effectiveness of the campaign: 7 out of 10 contacts are actually interested contractors.
These activities have allowed to increase the recognition of the NewStructure brand in the market, which is crucial in the context of building lasting relationships with customers and increasing sales.
