Introduction
Client of the site “Secrets of Roslyn” is Forest, passionate and expert in the field of indoor plant culture, which for more than 3 years has accumulated an impressive collection of more than 100 unique species. He is engaged in the cultivation of exotic plants from seeds, such as eucalyptus, pine, strawberry tree, or wisteria. Leśa shares her knowledge through online courses, as well as through an active presence on social media, where her Instagram, TikTok and YouTube profiles are very popular.
Identified problem
In response to the difficulties of effectively monetizing the popular Instagram feed, we decided to propose the course as a form of monetization. Created from scratch, the plant care course was both a way to build brand awareness and engage potential customers. Thanks to the collaboration with the acclaimed blogger @kirgisska and the development of a comprehensive marketing strategy, we managed not only to create a valuable educational product, but also to achieve significant sales results, turning a passion into a profitable business.
Scope of the activities carried out
As part of the implementation of the project to monetize the Instagram channel through a course on plant care, we took the following steps:
- Creation of an information page and platform for the course: We have developed a dedicated website that serves as an information center and point of sale for the course. The platform allows easy access to the course for participants, offering both educational content and interactive features to support learning.
- Development of a sales strategy: We designed a comprehensive sales strategy that included market segmentation, targeting relevant audiences, and pricing and course packages to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Course Recording Session Support: We organized and conducted professional recording sessions with experts and influencers. We took care of the high quality of the production of video materials, which translates into the attractiveness of the course for the participants.
- Broadcast and optimization of advertising campaign on Facebook and Instagram: We launched targeted advertising campaigns, which were regularly optimized based on collected data and audience feedback. Thanks to this, we have increased the reach and effectiveness of marketing activities.
The result of these activities was impressive results:
- Value of generated sales: PLN19,642.56
- Total amount spent per campaign: PLN1,489.79
- Number of additions to cart: 274
- Number of purchases made: 158
- Average ROAS (advertising reimbursement): 1318%
These results show how effective the actions taken have been in the context of monetizing the channel and launching a new product on the market.
