Kimpl, a company from Uzbekistan specializing in outdoor advertising, including billboards, radio, television, as well as advertising on trains and subways, enjoys more than five years of experience in the market and an extensive contact base. After the analysis, we made a small change within the sales department. The team consisted of five sales managers. Two of them were replaced by new employees due to the poor value they brought to the company. Then, after careful preparation of marketing materials, we intensified our activities, focusing on the effective use of the existing contact base. This strategy has produced excellent results, emphasizing the value of precise targeting and personalization in marketing communications.
Identified problem
The owner's vision was to increase revenue through proper training in the skills of the sales department, as it struggled with low results and did not provide comprehensive customer service. At each stage of cooperation, numerous contacts with customers who raised objections of the type “I have to think” gathered, remained unmanaged and covered with a layer of dust in the CRM system.
Scope of the activities carried out
