Introduction
Private Kazakh entrepreneur Dauren Taubayev, a specialist in winning tenders, earned 1 million Kazakhstani tenge in tenders during the year and decided to share his knowledge with others. He created an online course, private mentoring, and is now working on training in a group form.
Identified problem
The owner tried to sell his consultation himself and was successful in this. There was demand. However, servicing potentially interested customers took a lot of time. Therefore, he understood that for growth a sales department is needed, and he was not mistaken. It was the sales department built from scratch, consisting of only two managers, that brought him a colossal result after the first month of sales.
Scope of the activities carried out
The sales department was built from the ground up, starting with two sales managers. Two managers were selected, adapted and trained in effective sales.
- Collaboration was established with system integrators to implement the CRM system and connect telephone services.
- Regular meetings, information sessions and a reporting system have been introduced.
- A system of material motivation was created, enriched with intangible rewards.
- The customer path is defined and the manager's interactions with the customer are planned in detail to ensure the highest level of service.
- More than 12 meetings with managers were organized during the month, including training in sales techniques, closing strategies, simulations of conversations with customers, sales trainings during face-to-face meetings, calibration sessions of telephone calls, as well as monitoring of CRM system management and correspondence with customers.
- E-learning platforms with comprehensive training materials for managers have been created.
Thanks to these actions, already after the first month, the owner saw significant potential for the growing income of the company. He realized how crucial it was to have a sales department manager capable of building a team from scratch, managing it and generating more and more revenue for the enterprise, which accurately reflected the experience of his company.
