Private Kazakh entrepreneur Dauren Taubayev, a specialist in winning tenders, earned 1 million Kazakhstani tenge in tenders during the year and decided to share his knowledge with others. He created an online course, private mentoring, and is now working on training in a group form.
Identified problem
The owner tried to sell his consultation himself and was successful in this. There was demand. However, servicing potentially interested customers took a lot of time. Therefore, he understood that for growth a sales department is needed, and he was not mistaken. It was the sales department built from scratch, consisting of only two managers, that brought him a colossal result after the first month of sales.
Scope of the activities carried out
The sales department was built from the ground up, starting with two sales managers. Two managers were selected, adapted and trained in effective sales.
